Users can reset their passwords from the Fractal EMS UI login page.

Follow the below steps to reset a user's password:

1. Go to the Fractal EMS UI login page.
   https://{project name}.fractalems.com/login
    
2. Click the link called Forgot your password?
    
3. Enter your username or email address and click Send.
    
4. If the username or email address matches with an existing Fractal EMS UI user, then that user will receive an email with a link to reset their credentials. Click the link in the email.
    
5. The link will bring you back to the Fractal EMS UI. Follow the instructions on the UI to reset the password.

If user does not receive an email or would like to request an UI account, send an email to operations@fractalems.com.
